フラット・ヘッド・ピンは、コンクリート成形に使用される金具の一種で、コンクリート型枠をしっかりと固定するためのものである。このピンは、一端が平らな頭部で、もう一端が尖った、長くまっすぐな鋼棒で構成されている。

フラット・ヘッド・ピンは通常、フラット・ヘッド・ピン・ロックと呼ばれる馬蹄形の付属品と組み合わせて使用する。ピン・ロックはピンの尖った端にかぶせ、木製の型枠に打ち込み、型枠を固定します。

フラットヘッドピンは、コンクリートスラブや梁の打設時など、水平型枠の用途で一般的に使用されます。また、コンクリート壁や柱の打設時など、垂直型枠の用途でも使用されます。

フラットヘッドピンは、コンクリートが固まったら型枠から簡単に取り外せるため、ネジや釘などの他のタイプの金具よりも好まれることが多い。そのため、型枠を将来のプロジェクトに再利用することができ、建設プロジェクトにとって費用対効果の高いソリューションとなります。
