ラチェットバックル

ラチェットバックル説明

ラチェットバックルは、ラチェット機構とリリースレバーを備えた金属製またはプラスチック製のボディで構成されている。通常、ストラップを締めるために操作するハンドルまたはレバーと、必要に応じてストラップを素早くコントロールしながら緩めることができるリリースレバーがある。

ラチェットバックルを使用するには、ストラップの一端をバックルの開口部に通し、ハンドルまたはレバーを前後に動かしてラチェット機構を作動させます。この動作によりストラップが締め付けられ、テンションがかかり、荷重がしっかりと固定されます。ラチェット機構は段階的な調節が可能で、ストラップの正確な張力が得られます。

ラチェット・バックルは、ポリエステルやナイロンなどのウェビング素材と組み合わせて使うのが一般的です。これらのストラップは丈夫で耐久性があり、伸びにくいため、さまざまな種類の荷物の固定に適しています。ストラップには通常、アンカーポイントに取り付けたり、荷物の周囲に結んだりできるフックやエンド金具が付いています。
