正方形の平座金は、打設されたコンクリートを使って構造物を作る工程であるコンクリート成形に使用される重要な部品です。このワッシャーは通常スチール製で、中央に穴のあいた四角い形をしています。ファスナーの荷重をより広い表面積に均等に分散させ、コンクリート型枠が圧力で割れたりひび割れたりするリスクを低減するために使用されます。

コンクリート成形では、ボルト・ヘッドまたはナットと型枠の間に四角い平座金を配置する。これにより、より安定した確実な接続が実現し、形成される構造物の強度と完全性に必要なものとなる。ワッシャーはまた、ウィングナットやタイロッドなど、他の型枠金具と組み合わせて使用されることも一般的です。

コンクリート成形に使用される角平座金のサイズは、成形される構造物のサイズと重量によって異なる場合があります。しかし、一般的に1インチから4インチまでのサイズがあり、特定の荷重要件を満たすために様々な厚さで利用可能です。
