Het schuine anker verbindt kantel- of prefabpanelen met de fundering. Het geheel bestaat uit een belastbaar schuin anker, een holle ruimtevormer, een zeer sterk kanaalijzer en voorverpakte mortel.
\nHet schuine anker maakt integraal deel uit van het paneelontwerp en de planning. Het anker wordt tijdens het bekisten in elk paneel geplaatst en verstevigd. Het schuim sluit de verbindingsmof af tijdens het plaatsen van het beton.
\nZodra een kantel- of prefab paneel klaar is voor installatie, wordt het schuim verwijderd. De opening voor de verbindingsmof is nu zichtbaar en toegankelijk voor verankering.
\nElk paneel wordt op de fundering geplaatst en geschoord. Er wordt een gat in de funderingsvoet geboord, waarbij de verbindingsmof als geleider wordt gebruikt. Hierdoor komt het lastpad in de buurt van de middellijn van het paneel.
\nHet gat wordt dan gedeeltelijk gevoegd, de Ductile Bar wordt geplaatst en de overgebleven specie wordt gebruikt om de huls te vullen. Deze voegverbinding verankert het paneel zonder lassen of bouten.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
