Het wordt op de basis van de bekisting ge\u00efnstalleerd en met bouten of spijkers aan de fundering bevestigd. Fundatiebanden zijn verkrijgbaar in verschillende vormen en maten voor verschillende soorten bekistingen en funderingen.<\/p>\n<p>Het belangrijkste doel van een sokkelband is om ervoor te zorgen dat de betonvorm op zijn plaats blijft tijdens het storten. Dit helpt voorkomen dat de bekisting verschuift of beweegt, wat kan resulteren in een ongelijkmatige of onvolmaakt gevormde betonstructuur.
