Tijdens de bouw van betonconstructies worden vormen gebruikt om het beton in de gewenste vorm te gieten. Spijkers met dubbele kop worden gebruikt om deze vormen op hun plaats te houden, zodat ze niet kunnen verschuiven of bewegen tijdens het storten en uitharden.<\/p>\n

Dankzij het ontwerp met dubbele kop kunnen deze nagels gemakkelijk worden verwijderd zodra het beton is uitgehard. De blootliggende kop kan gebruikt worden als hefboom om de spijker uit de bekisting te wrikken, terwijl de ingebedde kop stabiliteit biedt en voorkomt dat de spijker er voortijdig uitgetrokken wordt.<\/p>\n

Spijkers met dubbele kop zijn meestal gemaakt van staal en zijn verkrijgbaar in verschillende lengtes en diktes voor verschillende bekistingstoepassingen.
