Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fd de\u0148 \u017eien, ktor\u00fd sa ka\u017edoro\u010dne oslavuje 8. marca, je celosvetov\u00fdm d\u0148om venovan\u00fdm uznaniu soci\u00e1lnych, hospod\u00e1rskych, kult\u00farnych a politick\u00fdch \u00faspechov \u017eien. Je to de\u0148, ke\u010f oslavujeme neuverite\u013en\u00fd pr\u00ednos \u017eien pre n\u00e1\u0161 svet a zasadzujeme sa za rodov\u00fa rovnos\u0165.<\/p>

V spolo\u010dnosti H&F si uvedomujeme d\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 tohto d\u0148a a hodnotu, ktor\u00fa na\u0161e zamestnankyne prin\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa na\u0161ej spolo\u010dnosti. V tento Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fd de\u0148 \u017eien sme chceli urobi\u0165 nie\u010do \u0161peci\u00e1lne, aby sme vyjadrili na\u0161e uznanie.<\/p>

De\u0148 sladk\u00e9ho \u00faspechu: Oslava v\u00fdroby torty<\/strong><\/h2>

Namiesto tradi\u010dn\u00fdch kvetov a poh\u013eadn\u00edc usporiadala spolo\u010dnos\u0165 H&F pre na\u0161e \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9 zamestnankyne jedine\u010dn\u00e9 a p\u00fatav\u00e9 podujatie: oslavu v\u00fdroby torty! Ne\u0161lo len o to, aby sme si pochutnali na chutn\u00fdch dobrot\u00e1ch; bola to pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165 pre na\u0161e \u017eeny spoji\u0165 sa, spolupracova\u0165 a zabavi\u0165 sa mimo tradi\u010dn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho prostredia.<\/p>

Priestor podujatia sa premenil na \u017eiv\u00e9 a pr\u00edjemn\u00e9 \u00fato\u010disko pln\u00e9 sladkej v\u00f4ne cukru a masla. V\u010faka farebnej v\u00fdzdobe a sl\u00e1vnostnej atmosf\u00e9re miestnos\u0165 hu\u010dala vzru\u0161en\u00edm, ke\u010f sa tu stretli na\u0161e zamestnankyne.<\/p>

Pozvali sme renomovan\u00e9ho cukr\u00e1ra, aby viedol toto stretnutie. Talentovan\u00e1 \u0161\u00e9fkuch\u00e1rka, sama \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e1 \u017eena vo svete kulin\u00e1rstva, viedla n\u00e1\u0161 t\u00edm procesom tvorby kr\u00e1snych a chutn\u00fdch tort. Odborn\u00e9 znalosti \u0161\u00e9fkuch\u00e1rky zabezpe\u010dili, \u017ee sa mohli z\u00fa\u010dastni\u0165 v\u0161etci, od sk\u00fasen\u00fdch pek\u00e1rov a\u017e po \u00fapln\u00fdch nov\u00e1\u010dikov, a vytvori\u0165 nie\u010do v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00e9.<\/p>

Podujatie bolo \u00fa\u017easnou zmesou u\u010denia, smiechu a t\u00edmovej pr\u00e1ce. Na\u0161i zamestnanci rozdelen\u00ed do mal\u00fdch skup\u00edn spolupracovali pri v\u00fdbere chut\u00ed, techn\u00edk zdobenia a zostavovan\u00ed svojich majstrovsk\u00fdch diel. Po\u010das pe\u010denia kol\u00e1\u010dov sme mali otvoren\u00e9 f\u00f3rum, kde sa \u017eeny z H&F mohli podeli\u0165 o svoje sk\u00fasenosti, v\u00fdzvy a \u00faspechy ako profesion\u00e1lky. Tieto in\u0161pirat\u00edvne pr\u00edbehy vytvorili siln\u00fd pocit spolo\u010denstva a kamar\u00e1tstva.<\/p>

Na konci d\u0148a sa miestnos\u0165 zaplnila ohromuj\u00facou v\u00fdstavou \u017eiarivo zdoben\u00fdch tort. Podujatie nebolo len o v\u00fdrobe kol\u00e1\u010dov. Bol to sp\u00f4sob, ako osl\u00e1vi\u0165 neuverite\u013en\u00e9 \u017eeny z H&F. Bol to de\u0148 venovan\u00fd oceneniu ich tvrdej pr\u00e1ce, odhodlania a jedine\u010dn\u00fdch perspekt\u00edv, ktor\u00e9 prin\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa.<\/p>

N\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1v\u00e4zok vo\u010di na\u0161im zamestnankyniam presahuje r\u00e1mec jednod\u0148ovej oslavy. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 H&F akt\u00edvne podporuje pracovn\u00e9 prostredie, ktor\u00e9 podporuje rovnos\u0165, pr\u00edle\u017eitosti a profesion\u00e1lny rast \u017eien. Na\u0161a oslava Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho d\u0148a \u017eien bola kr\u00e1snym d\u00f4kazom tohto z\u00e1v\u00e4zku.
