溶接やボルト止めなし
スラントアンカーは、ティルトアップまたはプレキャストパネルを基礎に連結します。組立品には、定格荷重のスラントアンカー、ボイドフォーマー、高強度ダクタイルバー、梱包済みグラウトが含まれます。
スラントアンカーは、パネルの設計とプランニングに不可欠です。アンカーは、成形作業中に各パネルに配置され、補強されます。コンクリート打設時には、発泡スチロールが接続スリーブを密閉します。
完成したティルトアップまたはプレキャストパネルを設置する準備ができたら、発泡スチロールを取り除く。接続スリーブの開口部が見えるようになり、アンカーを打てるようになる。
各パネルを基礎の上に置き、ブレースをかける。接続スリーブをガイドとして基礎フーチングに穴を開ける。これにより、荷重経路がパネルの中心線付近に配置される。
その後、穴を部分的にグラウトし、ダクタイル・バーを挿入し、残りのグラウトでスリーブを埋める。このグラウト接続により、溶接やボルト締めなしでパネルが固定される。
