Preformed galvanized steel cavity caps for use with concrete blocks.
The steel cavity cap is perfect for covering openings in concrete blocks at exposed locations. The preformed center locks firmly between concrete block cells to stop mortar infiltration.
Description: Cavity cap stops mortar infiltration from falling into # 2 – 16”concrete block cells.
Installation: When placed on the second from the top block, it will keep the concrete from
falling into the CMU wall so you use less concrete to cap the wall below the tie or bond beam
Features: Superior protection and finishing screed for outside corners and angles.
